Online store terms and conditions
The owner of the online store ecoshop.ee is PlantBased OÜ (registration code 17045194).
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of products sold in the online store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.
Order processing
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, etc.
- Visa/Mastercard/Apple pay/Google pay card payments
- Purchases from €75 can be paid in up to three installments without interest through Inbank.
- Purchases over €100 can be paid in installments for up to 72 months through Inbank.
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank page.
Payments are made by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. The Seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store's current account.
Ecoshop.ee offers the possibility to receive an e-invoice for your purchase. This is especially important for public sector institutions (local governments, kindergartens, schools, etc.), where regular invoices are not accepted. If you would like an e-invoice, please submit your order to the following email address: info@ecoshop.ee. Be sure to write in the email which products and in what quantity you want to order, and include the details of the institution receiving the e-invoice and the delivery address.
The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
Delivery to
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia
The buyer has the following options to receive the goods: All Smartpost, DPD and Omniva parcel machines across Estonia. In addition, it is also possible to order the goods to your home with the Venipak courier.
The buyer bears the shipping costs of the goods and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within three working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the online store has the right to deliver the goods to the customer later than the aforementioned period. The reasons may be unexpected overloads of courier companies, illness of employees or absences for personal reasons.
In exceptional cases, the online store has the right to refuse to deliver the goods. The reason may be a higher than usual delivery cost, for example, delivery to the islands. In such cases, we will charge an additional fee for delivery or cancel the order and send a refund.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
The right of return does not apply to products with opened or damaged product packaging. Returned products must have retained their original condition and must not be damaged in any way. Damage to the product contents or product packaging due to storage conditions or other handling-related reasons will void the right of return. Returns of fresh food products with a short shelf life and products that have exceeded their best-before date after delivery are not permitted.
To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form using contact form or by sending an email to info@ecoshop.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Please indicate in the application which products you wish to cancel, your order number and contact details; you can then make a return via the parcel machine of your choice. Returns must be sent to the Rimi parcel machine in Tartu Rebase.
The seller will cover the costs of returning the goods, but only if the return has been previously agreed with the seller and is not in an amount greater than the shipping price listed on the price list at the time of sale. The buyer will cover the return costs of a product returned incorrectly or with excessive return costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.
The buyer must return the goods immediately within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately refund to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal form, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake or if the wrong product has been sent by mistake.
Right to file a claim
The online store is liable for any non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract or any defect in the goods sold to the buyer that already existed at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent upon initial inspection of the goods no more than two weeks after delivery of the goods to the buyer.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two weeks of discovering a defect by sending an e-mail to info@ecoshop.ee or calling +372 5555 1911.
The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.
The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to the company providing the shipping service in order to deliver the goods.
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@ecoshop.ee or by phone: +372 5555 1911.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can review the procedural terms and submit an application. here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the Committee is free of charge.
