A pocket spring mattress contains individual springs that are cushioned in a material pocket and filled to provide support for the entire body and prevent rolling. A 7-zone mattress means that 7 different parts of the mattress have different levels of support, which helps to improve spinal alignment. Good to know: The product is rolled up and vacuum-packed for transport. After opening, the product requires approximately 72 hours in a warm environment to return to its normal shape.
