This white sauce base is perfect with vegetables, rice or pasta and is the perfect base for making béchamel or hollandaise sauce. Adding vegan cream, white wine, vegetable stock, lemon juice or fresh herbs makes the sauce extra tasty and personal.
Preparation:
Mix 14g (2 tsp) of sauce powder with 200ml of cold water or other liquid. Heat and stir for 1 minute until boiling. If desired, add 3 tbsp of vegan milk and enhance with herbs and spices.
