The caramel flavor of coconut sugar and aromatic spices make the cookies a truly magical pleasure. Prepare the dough in just a few simple steps, add water, plant-based milk and fat, shape the gingerbread and bake.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 185°C (fan oven 165°C). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Pour the dough mixture into a bowl and add 55ml of oil or melted butter and 105ml of water or plant-based milk.
  3. Mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough to about 5mm thick and cut out the desired shapes.
  4. Bake at 185°C (fan oven 165°C) for 10–12 minutes.
