Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 165°C (fan-forced) or 180–185°C (non-fan-forced).
Grease a loaf pan (10×20 cm or max. 12×24 cm) with oil or cover with baking paper.
Peel and mash 210 g (about 2 medium) ripe bananas in a bowl with a fork.
Add 15 ml of plant-based milk or water and 30 ml of oil or melted vegetable butter.
Pour in all of the Bett'r banana bread mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
