Couscous is a traditional North African grain that is easy to digest, great for kids, and extremely versatile! Couscous tastes great with chickpeas, vegetables, or spicy vegetable sauces.
Preparation:
Boil 250 g of couscous with about 375 ml of soy milk, rice drink, oat milk or water, remove from the stove and let it swell for 5–10 minutes.
