Sweet pleasure – 100% vegan, 100% delicious! Biovegan baking mix is organic, vegan and gluten-free. It doesn't matter if you are experienced in baking or just starting out, this mix will bring you your next sweet moment. Cheesecake Brownies are a new generation of brownies that are easy to make.
Preparation:
Ingredients needed:
- Cheesecake-brownie baking mix
- 150 ml soy milk
- 80 g soft butter or margarine
- 400 g soy curd or yogurt
- Baking dish or ovenproof dish (20 x 20 cm)
- Hand mixer with whisk
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C or fan oven to 150°C and grease the baking tin thoroughly. You can also add a layer of flour if you wish.
- Add the baking mix, soy milk and butter (or margarine) to a bowl. Mix with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth (about 1 minute). Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the baking mix with the soy curd or yogurt. Use a hand mixer on the lowest speed until smooth. Spread this over the brownie batter and swirl both mixtures with a fork.
- Bake the brownies in the center of the oven for about 50 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan. Once cooled, carefully cut into pieces and remove from the pan.
Note: Watch the baking time! Longer baking times will make the cakes drier. Thick-walled ovenproof dishes (glass, ceramics, etc.) may affect the cooking time.
