Foodin is a family-owned company founded in Finland, rooted in founder Lasse Jalkanen’s lifelong passion for clean food and craftsmanship. The brand’s most well-known product group is raw chocolate, but Foodin’s range extends to organic superfoods and natural foods. The common thread is always the same — minimally processed, as pure as possible, and as environmentally friendly as possible.
Foodin raw chocolate is handcrafted in the Vaajakoski factory using the traditional stone-grinding method. Giant millstones grind the ingredients for two to three days, and the low processing temperature (below 42°C) ensures that the valuable properties of the cocoa bean are preserved in the final product. The main ingredient in the chocolate is Criollo cocoa beans grown on hundreds of family farms in the heart of the Amazon rainforest, and the sweetness is provided by Indonesian coconut sugar — one of the world's most sustainable sweeteners with a low glycemic index.
Foodini's product range is rich and original — raw chocolate in various cocoa percentages and flavors from almond to mint and coconut milk, chocolate-covered berries, and organic superfoods complement the selection.
