Welcome to our delivery page! Here we describe how we organize the delivery of orders.
Placing orders:
- Due to different delivery solutions, products in the “Furniture” and “Plants” categories must be submitted as separate orders (not together or with other categories, e.g. food products).
- Orders for the Food, Accessories and Home Goods categories can be placed simultaneously
- To place an order, you must first add the desired items to the shopping cart or select the "buy now" option on the product page if you only want to purchase one product.
- To confirm your shopping cart, open the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the screen.
- From the shopping cart, you can proceed to complete the purchase and select a payment method.
- Before confirming the purchase, you must enter your billing information, select a payment method, and agree to the terms of sale.
- If the shipping address differs from the buyer's billing address, it must be provided as a separate field by selecting the "send to another address" option.“
- You can pay through a bank, by card or in installments.
- If you wish to pay by e-invoice, please send your order details by email to info@ecoshop.ee
Order fulfillment:
- We ship all orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
- All orders are carefully packaged and visually inspected.
- Orders for groceries, household items, and accessories arrive in 1-3 days
- Plant orders arrive in 4-6 days
- Furniture orders arrive in 3-7 days
- The buyer has 14 days right of return from the moment of receipt of the goods
- Delivery times may be longer than expected on public holidays.

- Delivery areas: All of Estonia
Parcel machine: We will send the package to the parcel machine of your choice.
Courier: Our courier partner will deliver the package to the address of your choice.
- Plants and furniture are delivered by courier only.
Delivery prices:
- Sending a parcel to a parcel machine: €3.29
- Sending the package by courier: €5.99
- Orders over €39 will be delivered to a parcel terminal. free!
- Orders over €70 will be delivered by courier. free!
- All orders for plants, furniture and garden supplies are shipped free!
