Cymbopogon Citratus
Lemongrass essential oil is obtained by steam distillation. Cymbopogon citratus from the leaves of a plant species also called “oil grass”. Its fresh, citrusy scent is known for its stimulating and cleansing effects. In aromatherapy, it is used to relieve fatigue, headaches, nervous exhaustion and stress.
