Clearspring's organic gluten-free pasta is made from protein-rich red lentil flour and brown rice flour, mixed with a little water to create a firm texture and a delicious bite. Made in Italy by second-generation miller families, this bright orange fusilli has a delicious nutty lentil note and counts as one of your five daily recommended portions.

Preparation:

Boil plenty of water and add a pinch of salt. Add 80g of pasta per serving. For perfect “al dente” pasta, cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For softer pasta, cook for another minute. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.

Serving suggestion: Red lentil and brown rice fusilli is also great as a base for salads. After cooking, rinse under cold running water and mix with fresh ingredients and your choice of sauce.**
