A filter pump is a great choice for keeping pools or hot tubs clean without using additives or chemicals.
The filter pump is based on a natural filtration system: water is pumped into a tank containing quartz sand, where dirt and particles are sucked in to produce clean water. The pre-filter collection screen is an additional mechanism that filters out larger particles, such as leaves, hair and dirt. It also protects the pump impeller and helps the pump to run more smoothly at all times.
The filter pump has a 7-position valve that can be adjusted to different settings for filtering pool water, shutting off (stopping water flow), backwashing (cleaning the sand surface), rinsing (when first starting, cleaning and leveling the sand surface), draining water from the pool and circulating pool water, and off-season storage.
Thanks to its reinforced plastic, the pool filter pump ensures all-weather performance, offering a long service life. The built-in timer allows you to set an automatic operating period. It is suitable for above-ground pools, such as Intex and Bestway pools.
