Return Policy
Welcome to our return policy page. Please read the following instructions carefully before returning a product.
Return conditions:
Opened food cannot be returned.
- Live plants cannot be returned (Section 53(4)(4) of the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities)
Returned products must be in their original packaging and must not be damaged.
The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returned products must be packaged according to the courier company's requirements.
If the returned product has damage that was not originally present, the cost of restoring the product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return process:
Before returning the product, please contact definitely contact us to notify us of the return and receive further instructions
If the product you received has any damage or defects, please take a photo or video of it and send it to us info@ecoshop.ee
Return the products in their original packaging and make sure they are not damaged.
After receiving and checking the products, we will make refunds within two days at the latest.
- The seller will cover the costs associated with returning the product, but only if the return has been previously agreed with the seller and is not in an amount greater than the original shipping cost.
