Vitam's aromatic tofu seasoning mix helps you quickly prepare delicious vegan scrambled eggs. Indian Kala Namak rock salt gives the mixture a unique taste and aroma, and turmeric adds an appetizing yolk color. This mix is perfect not only for tofu, but also adds a special nuance to vegan frittatas and omelettes!

Preparation:

Mix one packet of Egg Pudding Tofu flavor mix with 100 ml of water.
Fry 150g of tofu in a non-stick pan with a little oil until golden and crumbly. Scrape up any tofu stuck to the bottom of the pan with a spatula.
Pour the seasoning mixture over the tofu and stir until everything is evenly coated.
