Preparation: Mix 40 g of the mixture (approx. 3½ tbsp) with 200 ml of hot or 150 ml of cold water until completely dissolved. Serve cold with 2–3 ice cubes. Use a bamboo whisk or electric whisk to achieve a frothy result. Sweeten to taste if desired.
