Omega-3 from Microalgae:
Most Omega-3 supplements come from unsustainable fish oil, which can require up to 50 fish per bottle and bring toxins from the oceans into each capsule. In fact, fish get their Omega-3 from their food – algae – rather than producing it themselves. We’ve skipped the middle step and created a safer, more sustainable alternative from microalgae grown in special tanks.

Suitable for children:
Omega-3 liquid is suitable for the whole family. It can be taken with a spoon or added to food. For babies and children up to 2 years old, we recommend 2.5ml (half a teaspoon).

Did you know?
Fish don't produce Omega-3 themselves, they get it from their food – algae. Our Omega-3 contains EPA and DHA in the right form that your body needs to absorb and use – exactly the same form as found in fish. It's even stronger than most fish-based supplements!

What's in each bottle?
Presented in olive oil, a daily dose of 5ml provides at least 300mg EPA and 500mg DHA, and 5µg (200iu) of plant-sourced vitamin D3. This equates to 835mg of total Omega-3. Each 150ml bottle provides a 1-month supply.
