The Seller does not have access to the customer&#039;s bank and credit card details. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store&#039;s current account.<\/p><p>Ecoshop.ee offers the possibility to receive an e-invoice for your purchase. This is especially important for public sector institutions (local governments, kindergartens, schools, etc.), where regular invoices are not accepted. The reasons may be unexpected overload of courier companies, employee illness or absence for personal reasons.<\/p><p>In exceptional cases, the online store has the right to refuse to deliver the goods. The reason may be a higher than usual delivery cost, for example, delivery to the islands. Returned products must have retained their original condition and must not be damaged in any way. Damage to the contents or packaging of the product due to storage conditions or other handling-related reasons will void the right of return. Returns of fresh food products with a short shelf life and products that have exceeded their best-before date after delivery are not permitted.<\/p>\n<p>To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form using&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/ecoshop.ee\/en\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a> or by sending an email to info@ecoshop.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Please indicate in the application which products you wish to cancel, your order number and contact details; you can then make a return via the parcel machine of your choice. The return used must be sent to the Rimi parcel machine in Tartu Rebase.<\/p>\n<p>The seller will cover the costs of returning the goods, but only if the return has been previously agreed with the seller and is not in an amount greater than the shipping price listed on the price list at the time of sale.
