Cheesecake Brownies are a new generation of brownies that are easy to make.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cheesecake-brownie baking mix<\/li>\n<li>150 ml soy milk<\/li>\n<li>80 g soft butter or margarine<\/li>\n<li>400 g soy curd or yogurt<\/li>\n<li>Baking dish or ovenproof dish (20 x 20 cm)<\/li>\n<li>Hand mixer with whisk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 170\u00b0C or fan oven to 150\u00b0C and grease the baking tin thoroughly. You can also add a layer of flour if you wish.<\/li>\n<li>Add the baking mix, soy milk and butter (or margarine) to a bowl. Mix with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth (about 1 minute). Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>In another bowl, mix the baking mix with the soy curd or yogurt. Use a hand mixer on the lowest speed until smooth. Spread this over the brownie batter and swirl both mixtures with a fork.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the brownies in the center of the oven for about 50 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Let cool in the pan. Once cooled, carefully cut into pieces and remove from the pan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Watch the baking time!
