This brownie and cookie baking mix combines the crunch of a cookie and the rich chocolate flavor of a brownie in a simple form that is quick to prepare and tastes delicious. Easy to bake, gluten-free and full of sweet flavors - the best choice for chocolate lovers!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br \/>\nAdditional ingredients needed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For the brownie<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>100 ml soy drink<\/li>\n<li>50 g soft margarine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>For cookies<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>50 g soft margarine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tools needed:<\/strong><br \/>\nBaking dish (20 or 25 cm), hand mixer with whisk and dough hook<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (top\/bottom heat) and grease a baking tin thoroughly with oil. If desired, sprinkle the bottom of the tin with a little flour.<\/li>\n<li>Add the brownie mix, soy drink, and margarine to a bowl. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth (about 1 minute).<\/li>\n<li>Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth it evenly.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cookie mix and margarine to a bowl. Using the dough hook attachment on low speed, mix until a smooth dough forms. Shape the cookies with your hands and place them on top of the brownie batter in the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the BROOKIES in the middle of the oven for about 22-25 minutes. After baking, let them cool slightly in the tin before removing and cutting into pieces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong><br \/>\nWatch the baking time - longer baking times will make it less juicy.
